Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday for a haircut, and I had a great experience! A special thank you to Lia, who did my haircut — she was absolutely wonderful. She listened carefully to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming back to this salon three times in a row now, and every visit has been a great experience. Rose has done my haircut each time, and she is absolutely lovely. She really listens to your concerns, understands exactly what you want, and delivers it perfectly. I always feel comfortable and confident in her hands. I also had my eyebrows threaded yesterday by Aarti, and she did an excellent job. Very neat and gentle, and I was really happy with the result.
