Had my eyebrows waxed, the lady did a perfect job. Hadn’t had my eyebrows done at a salon in years and was feeling a bit nervous. The lady did a wonderful job and let me know what she was doing here and there, we had a little chat and she made sure I was super happy and comfortable the whole time. The salon was really clean, tidy, professional and has a lovely vibe. I think the pricing is great value for what a great job she did. I can’t stop looking in the mirror lol! I came to Callie after having a bad experience at another salon regarding my eyebrows. I only ever had the underneath waxed but because I have so much trust in her I decided to go for HD brows when they started doing them this year. I absolutely love them and highly recommend the treatment.

Excellent experience. Both Hoffman and the manager of Crows nest were very welcoming. Hoffman discussed which areas were more painful due to stiffness and worked professionally to target the areas with more tension in to provide relief. I felt very relaxed throughout my experience.
