Very pleasant and thorough shampooing process. Scalp massage was the best part. Hairdresser has good technique. He blew the little pieces of hair off my gown 3 times at least. When I left he saw hairs left on my tee shirt. He and the receptionist offered to roll those off with a lint stick. 1-hour of paid parking needed for a haircut as they do spend such time, on me at least. I did notice if I pay for parking using the **HangTag app** the price is $1.50 for an hour, but when I scan the QR code on the wall sign, the price quoted is $2.49 per hour.

Loved my eyelashes done by Saeko. She’s very patient, gentle, and holds expertise in eyelash extensions. My hair was also cut and styled by Yuki, which was also awesome. I’m glad I’ve got my eyelashes and haircut done in I’s Hair Salon by those two ladies. Would recommend to anybody looking for Japanese eyelash extension/lift and hair salon!

Eco is an attentive, talented and friendly stylist who gives amazing haircuts to both myself and my husband. She is knowledgeable, kind and gentle, and her work speaks for itself; she listens to her clients and gives us exactly the cut we want. My guy is picky picky about his stylists, because he used to end up with cuts that were way shorter than what he asked for; however, with Eco there is absolute trust that she won't take off more than he wants, and he always comes home looking hot! :) I was also impressed by Eco's expertise and understanding of my Chinese hair, and I love my new style!

I had another fantastic haircut from Fuko. She consistently delivers, hence why I drive to her every month from Langley! We've known each other for many years at this point and have the same sense of humour. I can't imagine sitting in silence while getting my hair cut. Her assistant Mizuki is very tentative as well. Her scalp and neck massages are 10's. I nearly fell asleep.

I had my hair cut by Yuki today, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Yuki was incredibly patient, consistently checking in to make sure the length and layers were exactly what I wanted. The final result exceeded my expectations! Yuki also gave me some great styling recommendations for my new haircut. On top of that, the head massage Yuki provided before the cut was amazing—so relaxing and really set the tone for the entire visit. Overall, a 10/10 experience—highly recommend!

Ayaka was really nice and I love how it turned out! Although it didn’t turn out exactly like the inspo picture, she explained how some parts wouldn’t work and altered it to suit my hair (after asking me of course) and it was pretty close. Definitely recommend her for layered haircuts 👍👍👍
