I forgot the young lady's name, she had (two ponytails) she was super nice and she was fast but gentle I think ilshe should pull the wax a lil faster so it doesn't hurt as much and have folks be on time, my appt was for 10:30 I wasn't seen til about 10:50 and I was late for work!
