A lovely experience - great spa facilities and especially enjoyed the sauna. Had a 90 min massage and facial - it was quite invigorating as Beatrice was quite swift with her movements! Got the pressure perfectly though! To make it great, it would be nice to have a towel included, and I would have appreciated a more relaxing than invigorating massage. Otherwise lovely spa and easy to find location

I was privileged to use the exceptional services of The Hampton Spa in Clifton, Bristol. Beatrice, the customer service rep, showed utmost professionalism, customer-centricity, efficiency, and attention to detail. During my visit, therapist Mae's technical abilities and personable demeanor left me completely relaxed. The establishment's tranquil and serene ambiance enables full indulgence in self-care. The Hampton Spa team epitomizes excellence in service delivery. I unequivocally recommend it for a top-notch spa experience. My visit was an absolute pleasure, and I am eager to return soon.

I would have given 5 stars but a spa user male, spoilt the peace and quiet by making loud noises in the sauna and splashing in the pool I believe he was suffering from a cold or something. One shouldn't go into a sauna if unwell. As a consequence I only used the sauna once. Facial was lovely and the spa very nice. I will give it another shot though.

Had a facial with Beatrice - it was amazing quite firm but very expertly given definitely recommend . I want to have another now after that experience 😆

Excellent throughout, Mimi and Beatrice are amazing, friendly, welcoming and professional. We had great massages and a facial, felt relaxed and well taken care of! Our afternoon tea was delicious, the warm scones were particularly delicious.

Loved the Hampton spa wonderful location so tranquil staff were very welcoming and put me at ease straight away the pool steam room and sauna were all fabulous and I even got alone time in all 3 great facilities showers toilets and changing rooms were immaculate and Mimi who provided me with a full body Swedish massage and facial was Amazing she introduced her self when I was waiting a very warm welcoming person extremely good at what she does again made me feel so comfortable the smells of essential oils and treatments were divine and left smelling and feeling fabulous

The most relaxing facial by Agneta, first time visit and will definately be back. Very informative, friendly and very professional. A wonderful afternoon treat

Treatment was excellent, great massage and facial. But package was difficult as nobody was there to greet me and hence I didnt get my cream tea until much later than booked and it was all a bit backwards and not clear what to do.
