Sophia came to my rescue after an unfortunate colour experience with another hairdresser. I am not local to Exeter, as I had travelled down from Kent for my wedding and needed my colour sorted urgently and Sophia managed to fit me in at short notice. Sophia rescued my hair and made it look more beautiful than I could have ever imagined, and I was so grateful with how stunning the colour now looks. Thank you so so much! Vicky xx

Had my haircut with natalie and root colour with Abi so happy with the result. Such a lovely salon and made to feel very welcome, the products they used made my hair feel amazing and brought some to take home, so i have that salon finish. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Took my daughter for her first haircut. Hair stylist was very sweet and patient. Could tell she had experience with cutting little people’s hair. She was also so thoughtful and saved a few locks for me as a keepsake. Quality cut as well.

Charlie has once again done a fantastic job with my three boys (aged 6, 8, and 16)! He’s brilliant with all ages and always takes the time to make sure each haircut is perfect. The atmosphere in his salon is so friendly and relaxing — it’s always a pleasure to visit. Highly recommend Charlie for anyone looking for great haircuts and a welcoming experience.

I have been seeing clare for the last 11years, i have a Brazilian curly hair which its very hard to do anything when you dont understand it. But Clare did my hair at the very first time. I went in so many hairdress in Exeter and Plymouth, after years I managed to found a professional hairdress (Claire) at the nv studio. My daughters and I will be back for more hair cut. You have a special talent as a hairdresser. Holly (11 years old). Clare did a amazing cut and there was a nice view to look at while she does my hair 😍 thank you so much

I popped into the salon to enquire if I could have a dry cut there and then. I was delighted when Madeleine said yes. I was in Exeter for a few hours and so had no experience with any salon here before. Madeleine was lovely as she listened to what I wanted and promptly did the hair trimming with occasional sprays of water. I was so pleased with my finished hair trim. The salon was very clean and comfortable. I shall definitely call in again when my hair needs attention.

Great haircut as usual . Slightly strange glitch with the booking as I received a notification that my appointment had been cancelled and I needed to rebook. I then rebooked for the exact same appointment? !

I have been looked after by Gavin for too many years to remember now, he is a brilliant hair stylist always puts me at ease and I never had to think about what he will do as he knows me and my hair so well, he is a total gem tucked away in the city of exeter - thanks again Gav :-)
