What a great experience with Rachel! As someone who struggles with people and having others in control of my nails and brows, Rachel put me at ease straight away. Throughout my appointments for both my brows and nails, Rachel checked that I was happy with what she was doing and did offer a break if it got too much. I will definitely go back to Bramble House and Rachel who was friendly and calm. I loved what she had did with my brows and nails. Thanks again Rachel. See you again soon.

Ive been to the salon a few times for builder gel nails and Rachel has always been brilliant. She always listens to what I'd like and my nails are always exactly what ive asked for. She's patient and always lovely to talk too, very professional and a wonderful lady. A lovely calm salon also which is a really nice experience.I will definitely be visiting again and and will look at some other treatments with Rachel! Thank you ❤️

I had eyebrow tint and wax with Rachel today. Rachel was fantastic. She gave great attention to customer care and satisfaction. My brows feel and look great. Rachel asked how I prefer them and checked if I was happy with the shape and colour. Would highly recommend!

Ive had a cut and updo by Hannah for the first time I never write reviews but I had to go out of my way to do this one I’m absolutely thrilled with the result! She’s incredibly talented and knew exactly how to bring my vision to life. On top of that, she was so kind and professional throughout she really made me feel comfortable and at ease and I’ve learnt a lot about my own hair she gone well above. I also loved the vibe of the salon it’s such a welcoming and relaxing space she done a great job with it and she should be so proud. I’ll definitely be back! She got a client for life with me.

I had my haircut with Lauren today, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I asked for a short back and sides with some length left on top, and she absolutely nailed it. Lauren took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure the cut suited my face shape and style. The blend between the sides and top is seamless, and the overall look feels fresh yet still versatile. She was professional, friendly, and efficient — I’ll definitely be back for my next cut!
