A "third place" is a place where people can gather and connect that isn't home or work. When I go to visit Nicole, I get more than a great haircut, I always have an inspiring conversation with Nicole and I always leave with a smile on my face (plus my hair looks great!). I highly recommend Nicole. She provides one of my favourite "third places".

Yumi was super! The staff were great too! The lady at the front desk welcomed me! Yumi was patient with me, and helped me find the right haircut that is suitable to my face shape, hair texture and my preferences. The hair wash alone was great! We had such a wonderful experience at this salon! They did an amazing job on all of us—myself and my two kids. We all have very thick hair, which can be tricky, but the hairstylists were so skilled, gentle, and patient, especially with the kids. My own hair is very thick and I’ve rarely walked away fully satisfied with a haircut, but today was truly exceptional. We are so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back!
