I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. I have had a couple of facials off Rio. My latest one was the Deluxe Microdermabrasion. Rio is a true professional, she is very knowledgeable. She knows the answer to any skin concerns you have and how to treat them. On top of the treatment you get a neck and shoulder massage and a hand massage - they are unbelievably relaxing. My skin looks radiant and healthy. I recommend Rio’s treatments to everyone.

I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. Absolutely love getting my brows waxed by Rio, so much so I've moved out of area but I'll still travel an hour back so she can do my brows, because she's the best and let me tell you I've tried mannyy places! I've started working my way through her other treatments too because why not, the hours facial the most relaxing, you'll walk out feeling fresh and relaxed. I just love that Rio is so kind and patient with me even when I just can't keep still 🙈 highly recommend!
