The staff as well as the owner are always friendly, sweet and make me feel like royalty. The massages were heavenly, and the attention to detail was impressive. I had a manicure at BOA Beauty Bar in Somerset West and overall, I’m happy with the result – my nails look great and the therapist was friendly and pleasant throughout the appointment. That said, I did feel the experience was a little rushed and a bit more attention to detail would’ve made a big difference, as I had to ask for a few nails to be reshaped because they were slightly jagged or uneven. That aside, I appreciate the service and the therapist's effort, and I’d still consider returning. With a little more time and focus, the experience could go from good to amazing.
