This was my first visit to the Grand Beauty Spa. I had the best experience and was able to enjoy some relaxation. I booked a facial and was lucky to have the best esthetician. Linda was so nice and personable. She is really great at taking the time to give you the Best facial for your skin. You can tell she knows a lot about the proper procedures and is very professional. My skin looked so good afterwards. I will definitely be going back and asking for Linda.

Started 20 mins late. Julie’s facial was great and she apologized-I don’t think front desk notified her of power restoration in a timely manner. Massage was fine, but I self-directed from place to place. Julie roomed me and I waited for massage therapist. Was anything terrible-no. But to spend $500+ on treatments I had a different expectation around service and experience.

Aaron was great! He did such an amazing job, and it was my first time going in for a pedicure, the manicure and pedicure felt very quick and he made my nails look exactly like the inspiration photo that I brought in! Definitely will be going back again and again, love this place!
