Best nail salon in Portland! The customer service is outstanding—they get you in right at your appointment time, the space is very clean, and the staff is incredibly kind. You’re even offered a beverage as soon as you sit down, which is such a nice touch. Everyone here truly knows how to care for your nails and prioritizes keeping them healthy without causing damage. Overall, it’s an amazing experience from start to finish, and I would recommend this salon to any friends or family without hesitation!

This is definitely the best eye lash studio in the Portland Metro Area. I’ve been to many other lash longes to only experience my lashes falling out beginning the day after I get them done. My lashes stay looking beautiful for 3 weeks.. when I get them filled at that time it usually only takes an hour because it’s a ‘true’ fill. The environment is beautiful and the staff is very professional. I love my lashes and am thank I found such an amazing lash lounge as this!

It was good and nail polish looks great. Prompt and professional. Only issue was that my manicurist cut my cuticle a little too much and it started to bleed at home. I felt it didn’t think anything but it’s feeling sore. Will keep an eye on it. Just needs to be more careful. I will go again.

I would just like to say my experience w on ith Merit Spa has been wonderful. Lynn and Annie are very professional and they both do an excellent job. I had a lot of questions regarding my scalp and hair issues and the treatments I received have helped tremendously. The manicures and pedicures are the best I’ve ever had. I always feel so special when I have manicure and pedicure done by Katie or Hugh. They have great music videos playing that are fun and entertaining. I've been a customer since they took over the other nails salon and have never been disappointed by their service. Do you self a favor and spoil yourself by making an appt with them right away!

Everything was amazing! I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi, lash extensions, brow wax and tint, and did the head spa with a hydro facial. Last minute, I decided to do acrylic nails and they were super accommodating. I had decided to do just pure white and she recommended the creamy white which I’m so glad she did because it looks amazing and I like this way better. They also got the perfect shape of my brows and did a wonderful job with my lash extensions. And I highly recommend the head spa and facial to everyone it was AMAZING. Very relaxing and now I’m ready for the holiday madness.

I started getting just a pedicure but Linh's work was so professional I started receiving manicures also. Linh's work is consistent, incredible and relaxing. Having Linh work so carefully on my nails, the nails have grown over time, that I do not need fake nails to be put on. The mani lasts over 2 weeks and the pedicure last over 4 weeks. If I damage a nail before it's time to red them, Linh finds a time to work me in, even if she has to give up her lunch. I always leave Merit Spa looking the BEST and feeling the BEST!

I was hesitant because I had an individual I hadn't seen before and I should not have been worried at all! He was so kind and gentle. I got a pedicure and I couldn't find how to add Shellac to the online booking, but he still accommodated my request, despite it taking longer! When I had a request to file a nail differently, he took the time to make sure he understood my request and checked in a couple of times to make sure I liked everything! The massage was wonderful and relaxing. It is well worth it and I will be coming back!

The service is great! I go there to get manicures, pedicures and facials. Today I got a new set of ómbre nails which are beautiful. Tracy is the best. I live in NE Portland and it’s the only place I go for my nails—-toes and fingers!

It’s been a long time since I’ve been in a nail salon that made me feel important and actually took the time to do it right. My experience at TA Nails was fantastic!!! They took the time to file my nails so the polish was smooth and the effort to manicure my cuticles properly and moisturize that made a huge difference!!! My last salon did a horrible job of the details!!! Not the case here. I’m so happy with my visit and will not be looking for a salon any longer. I’ve found my home!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience from the phone call to the end result. A+++

I got my lashes done by Mariana today and she did an amazing job! She was super gentle and paid so much attention to detail and the set i got was perfect for my eye shape. The space was cozy and made me feel really comfortable from start to finish. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. Definitely recommend her I’ll be coming back for sure!
