Lily did my builder gel nails manicure. She was gentle with my nails and did a wonderful job. Julie gave me a relaxing foot massage and did a great job on my pedicure, too. I was very happy with how both turned out.

I don’t trust anyone else with my nails anymore. Cloe is the only person who consistently gets the shape and length exactly how I like it. She listens, gives great suggestions, and always delivers. My sets last weeks and still look amazing.

I loved my services from both Lily and Chloe. I don't usually get my nails done at all so I learned about the builder gel manicure and catseye pedicure. I felt supported and pampered. They were kind and their energy was chill. Also its is a huge bonus that there are more nail techs that look like me in the spa. This was a great way to start off my birthday weekend. I’m in love with my nails. A little sad I didn’t get my nail techs name. But I did catch the tech that did my daughters nails which was Richie and he did an amazing job as well as my daughter loved her birthday set

This was my first experience getting lash extensions. I wanted the anime/manga lashes, and I guess I just expected them to look slightly more natural? Like smaller lashes towards the inner corner with longer lashes in the outer corners. They all look the same length to me. For my first time, it was overall a good experience. Jayla did a great job!

I loved my experience with Lina. 10/10! She taught me a lot about the best practices of booking appointments, choosing the best services for me & learning more about her artistic style as a nail technician. Her energy was grounding and soothing. I enjoyed our conversation and wanted to immediately book my next service with her. I didn't get the hot stones in my massage for my pedicure, the water temperature was luke warm/cold and my feet got uncomfortable while sitting in the spa lounge seat for a prolonged period. I received my wax service and the wax burned and wax left stuck on my face.

I found this place by google reviews and recently drove from Spring/Woodlands to have them do my nails. All I will say is they didn’t disappoint and I love how they welcomed me and their work is amazing! OMG I have looking for a nail place for several years and this is it! I will definitely be back soon. Done trying other places! I will tell everyone that they are the best in HOUSTON! Give them a try!

My nails look stunning I left feeling pampered and confident. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a five-star manicure experience!

I had the best experience at Kim nails and spa. Oscar the manager was very sweet he was going around getting drinks and taking refills for clients. Vanessa was my nail tech and she was absolutely wonderful. Made sure I got the color I wanted, and checked to make sure the shape was what I liked (square). Great quality and service given! I have struggle to find a nail tech that will give me that perfect square shape pedicure and Vanessa did an awesome job. Will definitely be back
