Good experience as usual. However, the operator who gave me a manicure was not careful with the file and filed too much, causing a burn-like feeling on the skin under my nail. WIsh I'd gotten her name because I would not use her again. That aside, a good experience this time.

N’s previous client ran late which put me behind. I paid attention to the work that she was doing while waiting. I contemplated leaving because I knew that my services were not going to be completed in time for me to make it to my dinner date. I’m so glad I waited. My shellac manicure was wonderful. I have had zero chipping/peeling and I am a picker. I can’t wait to go back.

I always like the results of their work. This time, however, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the appointment I'd scheduled. The shop was too busy, and they must have overbooked. The person I requested was not who I got. The person I did get was overly rough with the snips and the heel scrubbing. Next time, I will schedule for a time when it's least crowded.
