Pedicure was fine. Teen daughter's nails came out nice but was charged $10 extra for "chrome" and wasn't notified of upcharge until we checked out. $60 special manicure turned into $85 with soaking off a few nails and chrome upcharge. A lot for a kid! 😏

This independent nail salon goes above and beyond to make the experience excellent!! Silviya is so kinda, her technique is professional, she takes her time for every service, and is so delicate throughout the process. My nails turned out so beautiful! Alice was so nice and gentle with my gel removal. She was so meticulous with her application of the gel polish especially being a light jelly color( OPI bubble bath). This is my second time here at the salon and i love That they take their time to do things right.

This was my first time here since my usual place was booked and didn't realize this gem was closer to me and only a block away. The place was clean and impeccable. The attention to detail was incredible. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The service was different and better (in my opinion)- they did a paraffin wax to moisturize the heel while painting the toes. I loved this because my heels needed all the love. This is one of the most neglected areas in most nail salons. The gel manicure was amazing as well. Crystal did three thin coats( so it doesn't look thick and chunky).

Silviya Sokolova takes her time to make sure my nails are perfect. Her E- file Manicure+ is wonderful. This is my second time there and my cuticles are already looking and feeling better.

Absolutely obsessed with my Russian manicure! The design is stunning, so clean, detailed, and perfectly done. The cuticle work is flawless and my nails look elegant and super neat. I had a 2:30 with Gigi but when I got there the receptionist said that time was given away to someone else. So much for making an appointment. They make such a big deal about changing appts ahead of time otherwise you are charged anyway. I sure did not get a free manicure when they screwed up. So I took a 2:30 with Sally. She did a good job on the nails but Did cut my cuticle which bled and still some bleeding after I left. That is why I did not give her a great. I will not use Sally as my technician again.

Best manicure i have ever had! Sylvia is so nice. She lets you know what she is doing and always makes sure you are comfortable. My cuticles have never looked better! I was between a couple colors so she painted each color on a nail to let me see what I liked. Never felt like a burden. I’ve never had such great customer service for a manicure! I’m from out of state and I WILL be back for sure!
