Amazing place. Staff are super nice and professional. Nour does the best manicure, so much attention to details, amazing work, she is my fav 😍 👏 Suggestion to management: consider adding a 10-minute gap between appointments. This would help avoid customer wait times and ensure that those already being served don’t feel rushed or worry about quality being affected. The pressure on staff from back-to-back bookings is noticeable, give them a minute to breathe, it would benefit both the team and the overall customer experience. You could also mix up the music a bit 😊

Overall, it was a good experience. I really enjoyed the head spa massage , it was very relaxing and worth it. I did hope they would prepare me for the experience by offering drinks and creating a relaxing atmosphere before the massage starts. I would come again for the head spa. However, the 20min hands and feet massage was disappointing honestly. There were no private rooms, so it was done in the manicure area with bright lights at my face and a lot of noise. She only used cream instead of oil, so it wasn’t worth the 120 SAR.

I was gifted a package at Aurora Spa, and what started as a gift has now made me a loyal customer. They absolutely got me as a permanent client. 10/10 experience. The place is clean, calm, relaxing, and exactly like the pictures. I did a full body massage, pedicure, and manicure, all of which were simply outstanding. Special compliment to Diwa, who handled all my treatments with professionalism and care. Free services like the jacuzzi, sauna, steam, and the nap area were also included, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend! 🙏🏽

I am amazed of how great this salon is. I love it, they deliver 7 start service. I love how they greet, take care of abaya, the care, the personal name they write on a mirror in your table and the best is the heat pillow they give to relax your back while doing the manicure. Amazing 👍👍👍

الصراحة من افضل الخدمات المنزلية اللي جربتهم في النرجس.. جربت البدكير الكلاسيك مع جيسي وكان ممتاز والادوات تفتح النفس ومرتبة وبعدها جربت الرموش من زماااان مالقيت احد يسوي الرموش بالطريقة هذي جربت الويسبي مع كيارا.. بس شرحت وش ابي والنتيجة خيال.. موزونة عطت فوليوم بدون ماتكون اوفر.. يعني باختصار ماتحتاجين ميكب :) بداية موفقة الصراحة وانصح فيهم مرررة🫶🏻

I tried the classic manicure and gel. The place was clean, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. However, even though I arrived on time, I had to wait about 40 minutes. Aside from the wait, the technician did a good job.

Our experience was great! I booked so easily through the Fresha app and took appointments for my daughters. The girls came back super happy! They did a classic Hand and feet for kids and a classic manicure. Genette and Glori were amazing, they were so professional and precise. I will definitely be coming back again!
