Sophie is amazing and so creative we did a the dye sweet set and I’m obsessed with them she also did an amazing eyebrow shape as well I have uneven eyebrows and she made them nice and even and I’m obsessed with my eyebrows now!

It is so lovely to go into the salon and know that I will be treated with the utmost respect and friendliness with my well being at the centre and heart of all my treatments. Its like I am the only customer and Carrie makes me, and probably all her customers, feel valued and cared for with a genuine empathy with whatever may be going on in their lives at that time. My manicure, as usual, was wonderful and I never feel rushed to leave before the next customer arrives.

Mica has given me the best lashes I’ve had, my retention is incredible and the style and shape Mica chose for me really enhances my natural eye shape rather than making my eyes appear smaller than they are! I always get compliments on how lovely they look ❤️ my appointments absolutely fly by as Mica is just so lovely to chat to and the beds are so comfy! Extra bonus points for getting cuddles with her gorgeous pup 🐶❤️ xxx

Excellent, thanks to Melly who organised my appointment last minute, as i needed my biab nails removed as I cant have them to go into hospital. Mia was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend biab nails my nails underneath were in great shape, thanks to Mellys expertise! Looking forward to my next visit and my beautiful biab nails back on. Thank you your all amazing!

When you visit Fleur you feel as if you are visiting friends but with the added bonus of being totally pampered as well. Cannot recommend this amazing salon highly enough, it's a real gem in Barnstaple. Kitty

Very relaxing. The perfect pamper today with a manicure 😍

There is always such a warm welcome from Carrie and the gorgeous salon dog Ziggy and going into the salon it is like I am transported to another world, an oasis of calm, to relax, and totally enjoy the treatments. Today I had my usual 3 weekly manicure and 6 weekly pedicure and for my toes, I said goodbye to the silver sparkly gel I chose for Christmas and went for a purple shiny gel which looks sumptious. Ok, I may not be wearing sandles for all to see my toes, but I know they look good and that in turn makes me feel good which is so important, especially through the dark Winter days.

Mica was brilliant as usual. Quickly whipped my lashes back into shape even with the hot weather 😊

Once again, my manicure and pedicure was just what I wanted, and needed, after a busy and quite stressful few weeks, and it was lovely to go into the clean, warm and cosy Salon for these vital treatments with Carrie, who is always so friendly and professional. We always have lots to talk about and Carrie, quite rightly, never ever discloses any details of other clients or what they have said, showing another professional and respectful side to her.

Excellent first time french manicure in the most relaxing surroundings. Love my new nails. Cannot recommend Nails by Jo enough 💅🏼💕

I’ve had gel polish on natural nails for many years but have had a year away from it with lockdown. I’ve previously enjoyed cnd shellac so was a little cautious about using a brand I’d not heard of - the gel bottle. I needn’t have worried. They lasted a full two weeks without a chip insight and i pushed them with some painting gardening helping my daughter move and work (I am a home shopping picker for a large supermarket) so they have had a battering. That said I’ve used my cuticle oil and hand cream which does help. A+++ for the gel bottle polish and Laura for her excellent application. ❤️

I attended my usual scheduled appointment for my nails after a very stressful two weeks and it was lovely just to have some 'me' time in the tranquility of the Salon - a world away from all the stresses and strains of life, in a gentle, calming atmosphere, knowing that Carrie will expertly do the manicure and I will then leave to go back into the world after a very enjoyable pampering session.

Had manicure and pedicure, fabulous, as always. Thank you jo 😁

I enjoyed three treatments with Carrie which involved a pedicure with gel, manicure with gel and a relaxing facial, so I am sorted from head to toe. The facial in particular was just what I needed, not only to treat my skin, but to enjoy some me time after a challenging few weeks. The salon was an oasis of calm, clean, comfortable with subdued lighting and not overpowering music and the variety of quality products used rejuvenated my skin. The treatment also included a theraputic neck, shoulder, hand and arm massage and the whole experience was highly beneficial.

Another great visit to Jo to have my nails done Jo is very caring especially as I pain with a rotator cuff tear she has done an excellent job I have had a pretty pink this time with a white flower 🌸 thank you Jo very much xx

The girls make you feel relaxed and loved and achieves the results you want not there's, they give you ideas and advice but respect your decision which I've found in the past the salons don't respect you. Been with these girls for years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair kat is wonderful and always makes sure I understand the aftercare as that is ao important to keep achieving salon results at home.

A wonderful welcome from Carrie and Ziggy, the salon dog, for my three weekly nail treatment. The hot weather must have made my nails grow super fast as they really needed doing. Carrie's professional expertise soon had them literally back in shape again and less than 2 hours after they had been done, I had a very positive comment about them and this person is going to be a new client of Carrie. She won't regret. it.

A lovely manicure was just the perfect treat for a cold, wet and windy day. Carrie's Studio is always so clean, tidy, light, airy and welcoming and it was lovely to just relax for an hour and be pampered. Since Carrie has been doing my nails, I get comments nearly every week about how good they look, even from healthcare professionals as I sometimes need the oximeter on my finger. Only last week, as the nurse did this she said 'oh I like your nail colour' and it made me feel a million dollars and gave a real boost.
