Today was my first time going to this nail salon and I had a great experience! Molly was my nail tech and she did an amazing job, she was so sweet and payed really close attention to detail. I brought my own gel polish and she was so nice about it! I honestly can’t wait to go back !

Fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and talented. I have very long / thick hair and she took her time to shape it perfectly. All the clients left happy with gorgeous hairstyles. Best hair cut I've gotten I'm years, such a treat.

The best salon for nails, waxing, lashes you name it. I moved back to the city from Elora and was worried that I would not find place. Found Lavello and have been going here ever since. They definitely have a loyal customer now.

My experience at LAVELLO has been amazing. This is my second time going here and i absolutely loved it. After reading the reviews, I booked an appointment with Hope. All I can say is, she’s one of the sweetest and talented. I love her work so much, she really takes her time, and really listens to you as well. My nails are something that I am very picky about and I feel that I could be annoying with my indecisiveness, but hope makes me feel safe, heard, and really valued. I give my experience with hope and just my overall experience at lavello a 11/10! Thank you !

Honestly, the most talented person when it comes to her work on nails and doing eyebrows. Her professionalism and care for her clients is wonderful and she is knowledgeable in her techniques and aftercare of her different services.
