It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

As usual Fiona did a wonderful job of my manicure. One thing that she has no control over is the quality of clear nail polish. It was not good compared to the "Seche Clear" you used to use. My nails became very brittle with your brand and broke one after the other. I will do my own nails at home using my own "Seche Clear" in the future. The last few appointments I took my own nail polish for Fiona to use but forgot it this time. No comparison as far as the long term result goes.

I have neverrrr had a shellac manicure last this long without peeling/chipping. The polish is only now (17 days later) starting to crack (but only just a little) and my nails are still super shiny. If it wasn't for how quickly my nails grow, I would probably have another week before needing to make any touch ups. Thank you Daphney for the great mani!!

Very welcoming, but professional. I had a mani and pedi done, just regular polish. Had a few events that evening & next day I wanted my nails done for. Plus a wedding 3 days later, I mentioned aware the polish will probably need redoing as I tend to chip my nails. Well, my mani not only lasted perfectly for the wedding, but only started to chip 5 days later! Amazing with regular polish. So she did great work, quality products. And her pedicures do not overbuff your calluses. I have had pedis at other salons and my feet were tender afterwards.

I have been getting manicures for over 29’years , the best manicure I have for the second time in a row. The attention to detail and genuine concern was really far above the norm.

Jasmine gave me an amazing pedicure! She was professional, gentle, and so nice. My feet look and feel incredible, and the polish turned out perfect. Nice and relaxing—I’ll definitely be booking with Jasmine again!
