First time at La Perle and definitely not my last! The studio is lovely and bright and the staff is SO friendly. I came in and had been running late but they were so accommodating and made me feel so special. I wanted pink aura nails for my birthday and they did an absolutely stunning job! The best manicure I’ve ever gotten in my entire life! I am so grateful my friend referred me to this place I truly will not go anywhere else in a Ottawa but here now. 100/10 xx

I've tried many salons all around Ottawa and FIKA East has been the best experience so far! Amazing vibes. Reasonably priced. Sadie did an amazing job with my highlights! Would recommend to anyone !!

I always have a great experience with Emma. She is so professional and really reads my mood; we chat the perfect amount during my services. She is really good at her work, from waxing to painting, she pays close attention to detail. Thank you Emma, you are a great ambassador for Cocobella Spa. The salon is lovely, the customer service is top notch. Sometimes salons can feel judgemental or unwelcoming but Fika felt warm and welcoming. Danie knew what I wanted with my hair immediately even when I didn't really know myself. Very happy with my cut and how it was styled.

First time at a Fika Beauty; I went to the new East location where Kassandra did the Brunette Edit. I’ve been to many hair studios in Ottawa and none of them are as warm, welcoming, and modern as Fika Beauty. The techniques used, the salon space, and the products are top-tier. Not to mention the talented women! Very impressed with Kassandra and will be driving the 45 minutes each way to have my hair done by her again :)

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing salon! The staff were warm, professional, and detail-oriented. My manicure and pedicure were flawless — perfect shaping, smooth polish, and a heavenly foot massage. Great color selection and impeccable hygiene. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend!

She gave me exactly what I asked for, asked questions to make sure we were on the same page and makes everyone in her seat feel so comfortable.
