The space is really clean and inviting upon entering I was greeted warmly and offered water or tea to drink. I was informed my nail tech was running a bit late which was fine. They were very apologetic and even gave me a discount for the trouble which I appreciated. My manicure and pedicure came out perfect! Polina was very attentive to detail and very kind. I completed a course of four liquid thread treatments and am very pleased with the results. My main concern was the "tight" look on my face, but this is completely different.
