I visited the salon for the first time. Had one of the best hair wash 🙂. The lady who plaited my hair was also very gentle. Did soft glam, was happy with how it looked, it was not too much. Going forward I would appreciate you being more transparent about your prices. I paid an extra R100 from what I was quoted on your website when doing the booking. If theres additional things that the customer must pay let them know upfront so they are aware. Otherwise I had a good experience. Will see which of your services I can try.

My visit with Eleanor was next level in so many ways! Not only was my make-up more than what I anticipated, during the time I was there I was privy to her sharing knowledge on Kryolan to another client that came in whilst do my make-up and not missing a beat. I honestly can’t recommend this treatment enough! I’ve been struggling with locked jaw for nearly 2 years, and after one treatment, I was amazed at the difference. I had a buccal massage and lymphatic drainage, and although there were certain areas where I felt that “good pain” you get when tension is being released. Courtney was incredibly professional, gentle and attentive. The biggest difference for me is, afterwards, I could FULLY open my jaw! I am beyond grateful for the care and effort Courtney put into my treatment!!! Thank you Courtney ❤️
