The service was great. Didn't get the nail design for my manicure i had asked for in the beginning. I had asked for a black French tip and showed a Pic. I walked out with nudes nails as the tech said there wasn't enough time to fix it when I realized she was about to top coat and no black polish for french was being added. Next time I'll double check to make sure they understood what I had asked for. For now I'll stick to forest hills.

This is my 4th time booking with Lash City, I am always satisfied with my results. Great staff and a calming atmosphere. I fall asleep every time I come hear. My lashes last up to 3 weeks and then I come and get a refill. Overall, 10/10 experience!!!

I had such an amazing experience with Evani for my hair highlights! She did an incredible job, and my hair looks absolutely beautiful. From start to finish, she was so attentive and detail-oriented.
