I took a chance and tried Salon One 9 for the first time. After years of going to a different salon, I wasn’t loving my hair it was time for a change. Michelle was very patient and kind to me. She wanted to make sure she understood what I was asking for. She did her best to make sure I was satisfied. And offered me different options . My hair was already damaged so I decided to try some highlights and toner for now and get to my desired blonde in a few sessions so my hair wouldn’t get even more damaged. I also got a trim. Friendly environment . A little pricey but i will be back.

Elicia was really nice and did a good job with my haircut. I liked that she gave me tips on how to maintain my bangs. I took one star off because my appointment started over 30 minutes late. It looks like there was only one stylist working at the time which probably messed up the scheduling. Thank you for offering snacks and drinks while I waited.

Beautiful makeup application and hairstyle!

My first hair experience with Michelle, and was so great! Had my roots touched up and a trim. She was so careful to detail and making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. She wanted to make sure I would be happy with the results. Such a wonderful experience - thank you Michelle :)!

She knows how to make my kids look sharp! And she is great with my kids!

I always ended up getting a haircut; that was boring, same all the time, or wrong Michelle knew exactly what I was implying and after looking at the photos of that I have sent prior to my appointment and a small consultation at the appointment, I finally got the hair color, cut and the style i wanted!
