I took a chance and tried Salon One 9 for the first time. After years of going to a different salon, I wasn’t loving my hair it was time for a change. Michelle was very patient and kind to me. She wanted to make sure she understood what I was asking for. She did her best to make sure I was satisfied. And offered me different options . My hair was already damaged so I decided to try some highlights and toner for now and get to my desired blonde in a few sessions so my hair wouldn’t get even more damaged. I also got a trim. Friendly environment . A little pricey but i will be back.

Elicia was really nice and did a good job with my haircut. I liked that she gave me tips on how to maintain my bangs. I took one star off because my appointment started over 30 minutes late. It looks like there was only one stylist working at the time which probably messed up the scheduling. Thank you for offering snacks and drinks while I waited.

My first hair experience with Michelle, and was so great! Had my roots touched up and a trim. She was so careful to detail and making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. She wanted to make sure I would be happy with the results. Such a wonderful experience - thank you Michelle :)!

My sister and I called to check availability and price. Walter was very responsive and gladly confirmed availability. The front desk service was very professional and courteous. Michelle, the artist/stylist warmly welcomed us both. She really took time to understand each of our request and the style we wish to have. She paid attention to each detail and carefully but surely confirmed before she finalized each style. She nailed it! My sister and I are very happy with the outcome. We will definitely come back! My experience I had there was awesome it had been 2 years since my last haircut and I got Adriana she was awesome! We talked and she made me feel very comfortable from the beginning up to the end. I recently moved around the area and I’ve been looking for a great hairstylist. Salon ONE 9 came up and the pictures I saw are similar to the hairstyle I want to achieve. Came in for a free hair consultation and explained Jeanne what I want and she got it right away. Salon One 9 did not disappoint. Jeanne is highly versatile and her expertise is remarkable. I like how the balayage blended naturally with my grey hair. She does wondrous cutting/layering with her swift, flawless technique and the result is ahh-mazing! Nicole is awesome too. Will definitely come back.

Haircut was good but hairstylist seemed to have a stuffy nose and overheard saying she had a massive headache. Next day, I woke up with a stuffy nose and headache. Please have stylists be more considerate when they’re sick or not feeling well as it has now ruined my weekend plans.

The lady who cut my hair ( light blue hair lady) was very kind and understanding when it came to how I wanted my hair cut. She was very patient with my thick hair as well. However, I am very sorry for not tipping her. Please make sure to bring change as im not sure if they have some at the counter. I should’ve brought change as well. I recommend this place
