This was the first time I've ever had a pedicure. I was very self conscious of my toes and feet that I always wore closed toe shoes. However with a holiday and my wedding next week, I thought I should make the effort with my feet. Turns out I had nothing to worry about as Szilvia made me feel so at ease from the inital booking over messages to making me feel so welcome and comfortable when arriving for my appointment and she did such a fantastic job and made my toes look amazing! I'm so so happy with the result and can't wait to show them off now. Thank you!!

The best place to have your eyebrows done. Szilvi is so helpful and friendly but most of all caring. She checked at every stage if I was happy with the way my eyebrows look, if the process hurts. She explained the aftercare and gave a leaflet and cleaning liquid and balm with it as well. My eyebrows were so overplucked that I barely had any. Now they already look lovely and we still gonna do the top up. I love it. Can't wait for my next appointment to finish it.

I had my first appointment with Kira today and I was really impressed. The whole experience felt relaxed and professional from start to finish. Kira took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel completely at ease. I booked a surprise birthday appointment at Flower Salon for my wife, and the results were incredible. We live in Warlingham, and it was well worth the short trip to the Caterham area. She wanted a total change, and the stylists delivered a stunning new haircut and color that looks absolutely fabulous. The level of personalised care and expertise with her colour was top-notch. She left feeling pampered and beautiful—the perfect gift!

I’ve been going to see Freya for my BIAB for a few months now and she never disappoints! Her skills are second to none and it’s always a lovely experience. The whole salon has a great vibe to it with everyone chatting and enjoying themselves. If you’re in the Caterham area book in (but not so much that I can’t get an appointment!)

First time coming in to the salon, Freya was great! So friendly, chatty and accommodating ❤️ she’ll make you feel right at home. Quality of the services was top-tier too! I love my nails so much and will be coming back soon 🫶🏼💗
