Emma is warm and friendly and made us all feel relaxed and comfortable. She offered great advise to make the alterations the best they could be. Extremely reasonable prices for super high quality alterations. Would recommend Emma to anyone. Her shop is so pretty and well set out with parking outside on meter or multistorey over the road. I needed a dress shortened, but not straightforward as you couldn't just turn up the hem. Emma was very friendly and very knowledgeable - clearly a really good seamstress

Emma was very patient, I was running a bit late for my appointment but she didn’t make me feel at all rushed. Emma made suggestions about my dress alterations, can’t wait to see my dress after rhe alterations.

Had an appointment to get my daughters prom dress turned up. So knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. My daughters dress looks amazing and doesn't look like anything has been done to it. Highly recommended.
