It was amazing. Hope was able to take down my previous hairstyle, wash, blow dry and crochet my hair all in one appointment. The hair wash was therapeutic. She gave a great scalp massage. I had a wonderful experience getting my eyelashes done at Dark Shugar Hair & Beauty Studios on Ellice. The place was clean and comfortable, and the lash tech was gentle, patient, and really knew what she was doing. My lashes came out beautiful—full, neat, and exactly the style I wanted. I came in for a natural hair treatment and I really liked the service. Stylist Hope was very friendly from the start and handled my hair gently during the wash and detangling process. Overall, I had a good experience. However, my sister-in-law, whom I recommended, was assigned a different stylist and did not have as positive an experience. I would consider visiting again, but only if I can book with stylist Hope.
