I’ve been seeing Erin for many years now and she is honestly the best of her craft. I’m newly postpartum, hardly wearing makeup right now but damn my eyebrows look great thanks to Erin. Speaking of postpartum Erin was fantastic during my pregnancy, monitoring my skin changes and changing the wax as needed. I was a regular prior to the pandemic and this was my first visit back since 2020. The decor updates are absolutely beautiful. It is so warm and inviting when you walk in. Customer service is first and foremost. Everyone is welcoming, professional and polite. There are two new staff since my last visit…two Rachels. Both are just lovely and made me feel welcomed, even after such a warm welcome. Laura really is outstanding in all that she does - employs incredible staff and always endeavours to make your experience a positive one. I am so happy to see this business thriving!
