Really enjoyed my first ever Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage by Mia. It was so relaxing and Mia is so professional and personable puts you right at ease. Explaining everything. I could tell the difference immediately when I left clinic. My right hip pain had eased right off and walking was much quicker having suffered since December.
