My appointments are always phenomenal. I’m always welcomed with such a great smile and kindness even on my worst days information that I share is always remembered and I love not having to repeat myself. Kim is Very gentle and takes her time to make sure whatever service I need is done not only to be done as in just finished but done with care and not just another client but more like apart of her work family . Some procedures can be a little uncomfortable but Kim makes sure to make the Customer as comfortable as with conversation, and if the customer is a return customer, which most are she always remembers important things that were discussed this is the most important thing to me being a personable person.
