Kirsten was so lovely and did such an amazing job. I’ve never had someone spend so much time and care on my brows and they’ve turned out so lovely, as have the lashes which came out great too. Kirsten was so patient with me considering I bad timed tickle in my throat, but she gave me the extra time and care to make sure I could get both done and also let me do a last minute request for a lip wax too. Can tell she really loves and is passionate about what she does and the results reflect that too!

Just spent a lovely morning getting pampered, Julie coloured n cut my hair, great job done , Shannon did my nails, pedicure, dyed my eyebrows n lashes just love all of them. These ladies worked great together had my hair coloured at same time as my pedicure and my finger nails , proper pamper session can’t be Hank them enough xx

Met Gemma for the first time today for a waxing appointment. She is so welcoming and kind, puts you straight at ease from the get go. The Nook is exactly what it sounds, a little haven of self care where you feel so well looked after it would be hard not to relax! Gemma explained the whole process throughout to ensure I felt comfortable and the wax itself was second to none - she is an absolute perfectionist. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her - I already have my next appointment in the book.

Visited Gemma today for a V wax. Firstly, her room is beautiful, calm and peaceful. I was a little nervous as I haven’t had a wax in a good few years, but Gemma put me straight at ease talking me through the whole process. Gemma is so friendly, warm and kind and you soon feel like you’re just having a catch up with a friend! I am so happy with the results, gemma is a perfectionist and it shows. It’s always a pleasure to visit Hayley. I tried something I’d not had before and went for a Hydrofacial and Dermaplaning. I was only planning on the Dermaplaning but when I saw Hayley did Hydrofscial too I had to have it. I would highly recommend both. My skin felt so smooth after and still does now. My skincare and make up glides on lovely.
