My visit to Lorraine was just what I needed. Her facials are the best and she cares so much! She is always full of ideas and tips for how to look after my skin.

It’s classy, elegant and just the right amount of glam ✨ The shape is flawless and the finish is so smooth and shiny. Ellie absolutely smashed it — she’s so talented and pays such attention to every little detail. She always makes me feel so comfortable and really takes her time to get everything perfect. Olivia did a beautiful job on my lashes! They’re full and fluffy again, and we were finished a lot earlier than planned which is always nice. Was a little stressed about my day when I went in, but had a chat with her during the appointment and felt a little weight off my shoulders afterwards ❤️

I've been having treatments with Ellie for 3 years and never looked elsewhere and have always been very happy with the results, from her working for another salon to now owning her own business! Her lash extensions are of such good quality and the products used keep them looking fresh and still looking full ready for the next appointment for a refresh. The salon is beautifully decorated with a calm but modern feel. Could not recommend her higher, you will not be disappointed with reasonable costs. Thank you always! Xx

Excellent service. 3 technicians went out of their way to mend a very badly broken nail for me. They were all so lovely - even though it was very time consuming and they were full with customers. Thank so much Annie, Lauren and Hayley!
