Stevie is professional, quick, and makes the whole experience super comfortable. I’ve been to her a few times now, and she always puts me at ease and does an amazing job. I’ve been coming to Grace for almost a year and it’s taken me all that time to build up the confidence to book a hollywood wax. Grace has always been so patient and understanding and always answered any of my questions or concerns with no judgement. She made me feel completely at ease, took breaks when I needed them and kept me laughing the whole time. She was absolutely right and it really was not scary at all or anywhere near as painful as I thought it would be. As always, I genuinely cannot recommend her enough!

Emma took the time to assess my individual needs/requirements and catered to them. I was worried the Dermaplaning may dry my skin but it didn't at all. In fact my skin felt lovely and smooth and was a great base for make-up. I believe this was because Emma used many different products and techniques to benefit my skin which was included in the Dermaplaning cost. Emma gauged my personality in knowing when to chat and when to allow me to relax. So much so that I fell asleep having my lashes done! Very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere too. Will definitely return!
