I visited today as a first-time client for an intimate wax, and I’ll admit I was incredibly nervous being a total "wax virgin." However, from the moment I walked in, Becky was absolutely lovely. Her professional confidence and friendly personality immediately put me at ease. She talked me through the process and made what I thought would be a scary experience feel completely comfortable and manageable. I’m so glad I chose this salon. This is the third time I’ve been to Fran for a wax now and she is AMAZING. The extended bikini goes as far as you’d like it to and I’ve never met anyone so thorough (and I have the whole shebang done girls). If you’re a waxing girl you know how annoying (aka infuriating!!) it is when little bits get missed but Fran has absolutely none of that. I leave 1000% silky smooth every single time, never needing at home touch ups with the tweezers & she makes you feel TOTALLY at ease throughout the entire appointment. I’ll never go anywhere else again! 10 *s if I could give them ⭐️ Thanks so much Fran xx

It was lovely meeting Charlotte today, she puts you at ease and is very easy to chat too. I love my eyebrows & lashes and have received compliments today about them. Charlotte also went out of her way to wax my legs, which I’d not booked in for, and was grateful to her for doing them. Would definitely recommend a visit to Charlotte. See you soon xx

A very friendly salon. I have thick and difficult hair that Steph has cut and finished to look smooth and perfect, fantastic hairdresser!

Great addition to the village, 3 piercings with no issue and full confidence that they have been done properly. I’ve also had my nails done. It’s great being able to get everything in one place, all I need to do now is try the hair salon!

Very welcoming, understanding and offered full explanations on why this method over the other. Was fab.

Charlotte is a lovely girl so friendly & bubbly. I've had a spray tan, brows tint/wax, gel nails done on several occasions her attention to detail is fab, I highly recommend Charlotte :)

I’ve been using Pheobe for my lashes for around a year and half. (I’ve seen her share reviews and have never worked out where they were being written, ha!) Pheobe is amazing at her job! She is kind and passionate, and works with her clients to ensure that she creates the desired outcome that they are looking for. Pheobe makes sure that her clients are comfortable before, during and after the treatment. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for eyelashes!!
