My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

Kate always makes me comfortable during my waxing. Always professional, hygienic and calming environment helps me relax.

I have had 5 x laser hair removal sessions with Lillian now and have been so impressed with the results so far. I'm a 44YO white Female with mousey hair. I'm fortunate not to have excessive dark hair outside of the usual zones, but after 5 sessions, my under arms and legs are almost entirely hair free. I was expecting to need many more sessions as I had the same treatment around 20years ago and it all grew back during pregnancy, so am thrilled with the result. Lillian is also incredibly warm, friendly and smiley. She is clearly a people person and always makes me feel comfortable. Thank you!

It’s been a few years since visions Kate ( I usually had pedicures before lockdown) however had my first ever bikini wax tonight alongside my legs and Kate was extremely good at informing me of the process and what she would be doing and gave great aftercare advice! She’s also a lovely person who despite not having seen me for years remembered lots of personal things about me. I’ve rebooked for all 3 treatments again! Thanks lovely!

The sauna and steam room were great, the changing rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. The day beds are comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing. I had the whole pool to myself at one point.

I had my eyebrows laminated and a set of eyelash extensions applied, plus a waxing and I’m really pleased with the result! I felt there was great attention to detail, plus all the staff are super friendly and welcoming.

I had a lovely experience at your salon, I was very nervous about having a eyebrow/lash tint having never had one before the beautician was extremely helpful and professional putting me at my ease! I also had a leg/ bikini wax as a disabled woman I’m always expecting it to be awkward and difficult the beautician was absolutely brilliant working hard to get the best possible results for me!
