Katie was amazing and my massage was really good. Perfect amount of pressure and I couldn't have asked for a better therapist. However it was difficult to fully relax as the noise from outside was so loud. People chatting, electric tools being used. I asked Katie to turn the music up which helped a bit but didn't drown out everything. This would definitely make me reluctant to return.

I've had a few massages with Cara and they have always been fantastic! Cara is very attentive always making sure I am warm and comfortable and if the pressure she is using is good for me. I always leave feeling fully relaxed. Highly recommended!

The salon was clean, cosy and beautifully done, and Jenny did an equally beautiful job with my nails! She helped me choose the right colours and I was particularly delighted with the complimentary nail art which she did so neatly - the design was absolutely perfect for my holiday. Jenny is really easy to chat to (and makes a cracking cup of tea, too!) - I had a wonderful time at my appointment and left feeling so so happy. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I've never been for a manicure before but I think I'm hooked! As a nail biter with not well cared for hands I was always a bit embarrassed to go to a salon but Jenny is lovely and understanding. Great to chat to, full of care tips and based in a beautiful cosy little garden studio. I've really enjoyed my two appointments, can already see the difference it's making to my nails and am already looking forward to the next!

Wonderfull experience

I had an amazing time today! I had a full body massage with Beatrice cannot recommend enough! Beatrice was lovely and welcoming. She started the treatment by asking about the areas I wanted to focus on and how firm I wanted the massage to be. I explained about a health condition that I have, explained what I wanted with those areas and Beatrice listened. After it was nearly 2 hours of bliss. The treatment room was relaxing with dimmed lights and relaxing music. Loved the warm towels and how the massage oil was warmed before the treatment. It was lovely to relax after and take a moment.

We had the best time! Beatrice was fantastic from the booking moment to the treatments to keeping us informed! The spa was great, one of us really loved the steam room! We were a group of 3 in need of relaxation and we came out feeling like new people. The facial and body massages were out of this world! It also wasn’t really busy like you normally get at other spas and have to wait to use the facilities. Couldn’t recommend enough - we will be back!

An incredibly calming afternoon. We had a hot stone massage and full Swedish massage, Katie was brilliant! Our only negative was that the treatments weren't an hour long. Otherwise, everything and everyone was great - we even had dinner in the restaurant afterwards, where a new member of staff gave attentive service.

Lovely massage and facilities. There are a few small touches that could be improved, I was given one thin towel for use at both the pool and for the shower afterwards. I expected a bathrobe and slippers given I was booked for a treatment or at least a second fresh towel to use for the shower. There was weirdly a bottle of hand wash provided in the shower and the hair/body wash was in the toilet. Also, there is no phone reception at all, it would have been good to be told this and given the WiFi code when checking in. A bit more attention to detail would have made it an excellent experience.
