I had my hair cut by Kali, and she was absolutely wonderful! I have always worn my hair long, I finally decided to go short after nights of mental debate for change. I was really nervous about the transformation, but Kali’s approach made all the difference. She reassured me by cutting my hair little by little, allowing me to see the length as we went. Her patience and understanding truly calmed my nerves. Not only was the experience smooth and reassuring, but the final result was AMAZING! I couldn’t be happier with my new look. Thank you, Kali!

This was my second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first!! I got the lash lift and tint, and the eyebrow and lip wax services both visits. This is the first time anyone has been able to get my left eye lashes to actually lift!!! Very friendly professional service!!! I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing!!! She even gave me a head massage while waiting for my lashes to set!!! Top tier service and results!!!!

Yassmine is an incredible lash stylist! From the beginning she nailed the look I wanted and was able to always maintain quality results. I was always getting my eyebrows threaded and she suggested I let her do mine with waxing and and I was floored and so pleased with how they turned out. Highly recommend!

I had the most amazing experience here and felt completely pampered from start to finish! I booked several services a facial, lash lift and tint, brow tint, manicure, and pedicure and I was honestly blown away by how great everything turned out. Every service was done with such care and attention to detail. The facial left my skin feeling incredibly refreshed and glowing, and the lash lift and tint made my lashes look amazing without needing mascara. Cass worked her magic again, if you’re looking for the perfect hard to achieve blonde, highly recommend Cassandra, I have super thin, fine graying hair and she manages to exceed my expectations every time. Don’t go anywhere else, HER is the best in Kingston and I’ve tried most of them ❤️

Very friendly and attentive staff. The surroundings could not be more appealing as you look out onto Kingstons city hall and downtown businesses…. Limestone central!

Every time I go to the refinery it immediately reduces any stress levels walking into the clam and welcoming oasis overlooking market square in downtown Kingston. Can’t top the experience they provide!

Absolutely the best place to get any service done. Katie is the sweetest and kindest person and is so talented from the lashes to the brows to the facials and waxing i always leave feeling amazing. Emma is so kind and welcoming and is absolutely so talented with nails her creative designs are always so beautiful and so well done always leave very happy with her work.
