Kelly is professional, knowledgeable and invested in the service that she gives to her clients. I had my first microneedling session today and I was nervous but kelly talked me through the process step by step and reassured me. I had the most amazing experience today for my classic cleanse and LED light therapy. Izzy was attentive, caring and professional throughout the whole appointment. She made me feel extremely welcome and could tell she loved what she does. She spoke me through the whole appointment so I was aware of what products were being used as I have sensitive skin. My skin feels amazing after im very happy!!
