Olivia was lovely and made me feel very relaxed, she is the reason I gave 5 stars. However, I would give every other aspect 1 star…it’s a weird set up, in a big office block, hard to find, the room is an office with bright lighting…bit strange!

Easy to find, good location. Easy to book and very accommodating to my schedule. Welcomed at reception, nice touch. Modern and clean spaces. The treatment was very professional and relaxing. Had a glow facial and skin felt and looked amazing afterwards. Clinician was knowledgeable and I have booked further body sculpture sessions for the new year as promo offer available that is cheaper than I have seen elsewhere. Look forward to start these in the new year.

Very good attentive therapist. The experience seems a bit too clinical . Would improve with soft furnishings in treatment room, inviting ambience and therapy room lightning. It would even be better if the admin and treatment room where close to each other

This was my second visit to Shapins and again had a wonderful experience.  My therapist was Dr. Saraa Yarisi  who was very professional yet friendly and made me feel really comfortable and at ease.  My first treatment was polynucleotides and I was very happy with that result.  Now I did the HIFU treatment which was 1.5 hours.   I'll have to wait for my results.  I'll let you know.  But I'm happy with everything.

Dr Saraa was fantastic. She was extremely attentive. I was a bit flustered when I arrived, but found the HIFU treatment to be quite therapeutic. I felt no discomfort after. I will definitely return to Shapins for more treatments.
