I had an advanced electrolysis treatment and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sophie was highly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Everything was explained clearly, hygiene standards were excellent, and the treatment was carried out with care and precision. I would absolutely recommend Sophie to anyone considering electrolysis.

I have had numerous treatments with both Jess and Sophie and love the fact that they gear the treatments to what's best for you, not what the appointment says. They are both very knowledgeable and professional and give you a sense of being looked after. One of the best clinics around in my opinion.

I had my first facial with Sophie today! We did a consultation and a bespoke facial. I suffer with large blocked pores and have struggled to find the right treatment and skincare advice. Sophie was amazing! My skin looks so much better just after one treatment. We’ve decided on my home care regime and to keep up with regular treatments for the best results. I am delighted and Sophie was so lovely and friendly. I can’t wait to come back next month!

I had my first massage with LED last week and I’m fast becoming a devotee. Not only does Jess give an excellent massage, the LED added an extra level of muscle relaxation, easing of joint aches and pains and left me with an overall feeling of well-being that lasted about a week. 6 stars!

Amazing, amazing facial. Pretty much all facials will cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturise your skin. Jess’s knowledge on a bespoke facial was brilliant, when I left my skin looked glowing. She took time to talk me through the process, the products being used. Jess also made sure you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, and the experience allowed some well-deserved downtime and good pampering.

Wow! These girls really know everything there is to know about skin - so knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making my experience the best it could be. I’ve returned to The Skin Refinery 3 times now and it’s yet to disappoint. I’ve now invested in their treatment packages because I’m so happy with the results I’ve seen from my initial consultation treatment and 2 further facials.
