I went in for a waxing service and I had a wonderful experience with Maritza! Even though I showed up a little bit late, she completed the entire service, made the whole experience comfortable and painless and told me what she was doing before she did it so I knew what to expect! She was wonderful to talk to and made me feel very comfortable overall. The rooms were clean and smelled lovely and the attention she paid to my hair and skin type and the modifications she made to make sure I didn't end up with any irritated skin was so appreciated. Definitely come here!!

Brilliant eyebrow wax, exactly what I wanted. Betty was so gentle and polite during the entire appointment, lovely casual chat. The room was pleasant with natural lighting, fan was on to keep me cool and had a comfortable bed to relax during the procedure. Thank you, will book again.

The most incredible pedicure, and my first experience of an Elim Gel Pedicure and it did not disappoint. I am so pleased with the results. Eyebrow wax was excellent, but on arrival 2 staff sitting on their phones in reception, no acknowledgement that I was there, they looked fed up to be there. Not my usual experience at image.

I had an eyelash tint and eyebrow tidy up (wax and trim). It was a relaxing environment with nice decor and background music. The stylist listened to me and gave me the degree of eyebrow tidy I wanted, without losing the natural look. Everything was efficient (e.g. forms filled in advance via an app), so no time wasted.

Her BIAB gels don’t just look gorgeous. They survive life’s chaos without chipping. The salon is a little haven of good vibes, where you’ll chat and leave wondering how you ever managed without her. If you want nails worth showing off to strangers in Waitrose, Ellen’s your woman!
