As always, Sam is so professional. She talks you through every treatment, and how the products work. Being a skin care novice I always ask a lot of questions and Sam is happy to explain & answer them all with a great depth of knowledge, making it easy to understand. On top of that, every treatment has always been soooo relaxing, and I'm already seeing results after only 3 treatments. Can't wait for my next treatment with Sam.
