I did 4 sessions which I loved! First the Sweat and Go horizontal Cycle then the Roll and Go massage. The very modern machine allowed me to lose more than 1000 calories in 30 minutes thanks to the vacuum effect, infrared light in addition to my pedaling efforts. And then the massage where I could have stayed for hours, I love this feeling! I highly recommend this place and thank them for their welcome. I can’t wait to go back!!

Everything is great, only need a waiting chair in the lobby for people waiting. The bench is too hard; need something more comfortable like the chairs and sofas in the Palm location. Also need trash bins and tissue in the rooms. Love the additional of Red Light Therapy! Love love love that!

Yuna amazing master, very professional. But I would like to mention something. I visited saloon 3 times, 2 out of 3 I had an issue with appointments. 1. Once they didn’t make an appointment 2. Appointment was made for slightly different service Both times receptionist tells me it’s okay- like I made a mistake, no even an apology. Most of the time there is no one at the reception to take a payment or to meet me for my appointment

I had an amazing experience at the Sweat and Go branch in Mirdif. Zabia, one of the staff members, was incredibly friendly and guided me throughout the session. She explained how the cycling pod, equipped with infrared, red light collagen, and aromatherapy, would benefit me. Zabia also helped me find the right fit for the workout skirt and ensured I could comfortably watch Netflix during my session by setting up the multimedia. I highly recommend visiting Sweat and Go if you’re looking for quick results, high-calorie burning, and a relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff like Zabia.

I had an amazing facial with Grainne. She was super knowledgeable about all things skincare and the latest Korean techniques/products. Even loved her massage! Left with glowing, glass skin! Highly recommended!!!
