My 14-year-old son, who has been dealing with some teenage acne, recently visited Chaps & Co for a facial. He had a very positive experience and mentioned that the therapist was kind and gentle throughout the treatment, which made him feel comfortable. His skin looked noticeably improved afterwards, and he is keen to return for future treatments. The facilities were very clean, and all staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. The pricing was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend their services

I can’t recommend this salon enough. From the moment I first walked in, the entire team has been incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Beth Rouah and Alana are truly the nicest girls — they’ve built such a great relationship with their clients and always make every visit feel personal and relaxed. Living in Dubai, finding people you trust with your hair can be a challenge, but Beth and Alana have honestly made my experience here even better. They always take the time to listen, give honest advice, and make sure everything is perfect before you leave.

Mea is truly a great little find! I have been coming here since moving to Dubai and the team are always so welcoming. My daughter, Mum and I have had highlights, massages, manicures and pedicures and it's always a great experience. Highly recommend the lymphatic drainage massage as Shierly is extremely experienced and knowledgeable on helping remove water retention and comes from a post operative background. I am seeing results facially and on my legs from after just two sessions and I am delighted.
