Lash tech Norilyn was great. However, my experience was very disappointing because of the front desk staff who has a rude attitude. First, she mistakenly ordered a C-10 to my lash tech when I clearly said I wanted a C-11. Norilyn was kind enough to try to make it right by adding C-11 to my baby lashes. After the service, I informed the front desk that there was a mistake and I am disappointed but she blamed it on me. It would have been better if she apologized and took accountability for the mistake. Very horrible experience.

I booked my haircut through ClassPass, and I had a really great experience. The staff were super friendly and accommodating from start to finish. My hairdresser was very helpful and gave suggestions on hair colors that would suit me, which made it easier to decide.
