Maxine is friendly, professional, & was very patient while my daughter took forever to pick earrings. She made sure my daughter was comfortable at every step of the piercing process, & took the time to ensure the marks were equal on both ears. Piercings were done quickly & carefully & my daughter was surprised how quickly it was done & how little it hurt. She was given time to gather herself & Maxine only continued once my daughter was happy. The aftercare kit provided includes everything needed, with the offer to return if there are any issues with healing. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Had my brows done today. Mel was very professional and reassuring. Mel spent a long time measuring and drawing to make sure I was totally happy with shape. Really love my brows, Thank you Mel.

Mel went above and beyond doing my dermaplaning facial. My skin has never felt so good and I've already booked to go back.
