Absolutely fantastic treatment with Neha, as always. Sadly need to make a couple of comments. I’ve been a regular client at Cazelle (Alfa Beauty) for about 14 years, and always impressed with exceptional service. I use the online booking service as it’s so easy and most of my regular appointments will include at least manicure, pedicure and threading. For some reason which I don’t understand, the option to book threading online is no longer available and I’m now supposed to telephone or call in to the salon to arrange this. This is incredibly inconvenient so I will probably go elsewhere……

I had a consultation with Harjot for microblading. She took the time to explain in depth what to expect from the treatment to me from start to finish. I left feeling reassured and all my questions answered.

It was a great treatment by Jiggy. Really excellent! However, the room was very cold and should have been warmer as I started to feel cold during the treatment.
