Honestly, the best lash experience I've had. Lynna took her tim to make sure she really understood how I wanted my lashes to look. I'm 53 and wanted very natural looking lashes and she did them so well! Most people didn't notice, which is what I wanted. I barely needed infills after 2 1/2 weeks and somehow, she made them better than before. She ordered brown lashes for me and really wanted to make sure she was giving me the look I wanted. I would absolutely recommend her, whichever type of lash you want, as she makes sure before she starts exactly what you want. 6 stars

I got a lash lift and brow lamination done by Amy, I really cannot express how relaxed she made me feel the moment I stepped into the salon. She was extremely kind and talked me through each step and what she was doing. I suffer with anxiety and I stopped going to get my brows done due to bad experiences I had in the past, I can safely safe I’ll be rebooking with Amy when I need to get them done again and would really recommend her to anyone who’s looking to get there lashes or brows done, especially if they have anxiety! My lash tec was brilliant very friendly and polite. She kept our conversation flowing, I am extremely happy that she took time out to find out what my lash preference are. She is well organised and has everything that she needed to do my lashes. She made sure I was comfortable and kept checking to see if I was ok. In addition to my usual HD brows I had the Korean lash lift. I am absolutely thrilled with the results, my eyelashes are really straight so not touching my eyelash curler or applying lots of mascara is fabulous. I had LVL years ago and this experience was worlds away from that, not that I would expect anything else from Billie. I will most definitely repeat the treatment when my downward pointing eyelashes reappear, thanks Billie x

Had a root drag for the first time with toner. Lisa was really good. Explained everything in detailed. Very conscientious and cares a lot about what she does. Alina was amiable. She was really helpful since it was my first time to have my lashes done. The place was wonderful tho she was still organising as she just recently moved to her new shop. I really love my lashes and brows and she really did take her time to make it perfect. Her hands are pretty soft and not leaning so much on my head which one thing I liked the most. Overall, the service and the ambiance of the shop is awesome.
