Sam was so nice and gentle, she has the loveliest "assistants", her two dogs Coco and Macy. As an Indian, I did have a lot of hair but that only made her excited to work on me. I was getting waxed after about 3 years and her touch was so soft that it didn't hurt much! There were a few spots that she missed but when I told her about them, she fixed them instantly. I'm definitely going back! :)

By Far the best facial me and mum ever had solid 10/10 she did lash lifts and tints and our eye brows also. She was so perfect and caring with doing it all kept asking where we ok and confortable and as she was doing it all kept asking if we liked it would we like to change etc she was the nicest lady I’ve ever met so caring and understand and brilliant at what she does we cannot reccomend her enough she’s the best in the mitcham area. We were 15 mins late she was so understanding and was still so nice and did everything to perfect. She’s the best!!
