Absolutely loved all of my sessions with Louise. She the very professional but also very friendly and a lovely person with good energy. We always had a giggle together. Just had the most amazing experience at F and F. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Abi and served a lovely coffee. The salon is calm and the atmosphere was special. I had the luxury head spa massage- I wasn’t sure what to expect but it exceeded any of my thoughts. It was just the most special experience. Initially Abi did an analysis of my scalp and the pre and post results are incredible. I fell asleep as I was so relaxed as she did the treatment. All I can say is I was well and truly spoiled by this treatment. My hair looks and feels great and I do too! Highly recommended! Thank you Abi!
